Nagbisita si Russian President Vladimir Putinsa ika-siyam nga anibersaryo sang  annexation sang peninsula gikan sa Ukraine.

Surprisa nga ginbista ni Putin ang arts school sa Black Sea port sa syudad sang Sevastopol kaupod si local governor Mikhail Razvozhayev.
