Napulo ka mga World War II veterans ang ginpasidunggan kadungan sang ika-78 nga anibersaryo sang Liberation of Panay and Romblon.

Ang seremonya ang ginpatigayon sa Balantang Memorial Cemetery National Shrine.

Anum ka honorees ang personal nga nagbaton sang plaque, medallion, Philippine Liberation Medal kag WWII Victory Medal. Gintiglawas naman sang ila tagsa ka mga pamilya ang apat tanan ka wala nakatambong sa seremonya.
