Ginlusar ni VP Sara ang “MATATAG” agenda nga magaserbe nga sadsaran sang ahensya sa pag-atubang sa mga problema sa basic education sector sa idalum sang anum ka tuig niya nga termino.
Suno sa presentasyon sang Bise-Presidente, nagakahulugan ang MATATAG nga:
- -MAke the curriculum relevant to produce job-ready, active and responsible
- citizens.
- – TAke steps to accelerate the delivery of basic education services and provision
- of facilities.
- – TAke good care of learners by promoting learner well-being, inclusive
education and a positive learning environment.
- – Give support for teachers to teach better.
Antis ang presentasyon sang MATATAG agenda, gin-isa isa ni Duterte ang mga problema sa basic education system nga ginalakipan sang school infrastructure kag resources nga magasuporta sa maayo nga pagtudlo.
Nagtambung man sa kahiwatan si Presidente Ferdinand Marcos Jr., Senate President Juan Miguel Zubiri kag Senate Basic Education Committee chairman Sherwin Gatchalian.
